The Philatelic Webmasters Organization (PWO), in collaboration with the AIJP and the OC, is organizing at the World Philatelic Exhibition EFIRO 2008 (Bucharest, Romania, 20 - 28 June) a presentation of excerpts from worldwide philatelic websites, devoted to Romanian philately. The webmasters of the most important sites were already contacted by the PWO and they kindly accepted to participate in this important philatelic event, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the creation of the first Romanian stamps, the famous Bull Heads.

The presentation will take place at one of the best locations at EFIRO 2008, in the vicinity of the Court of Honor and of the Philatelic Museum, on a surface of 45 m2. The Organizing Committee of EFIRO 2008 will reward all participants with beautiful Romanian philatelic material.

PWO is offering to all interested stamp collectors worldwide an unique opportunity to participate in a world philatelic exhibition
with one or two web pages dedicated to Romanian philately

The participating web pages can deal with any chapter of the rich Romanian philately. They can contain scanned images of philatelic material,  explanatory text and captions. The accepted languages for the text and captions are English, French, German and Romanian. Participation is free of charge. It is not required that the participants be members of specific philatelic organizations.

The second page will be accepted only if it represents a continuation of the first page. This will allow for greater flexibility in the laying out of the presented pages.

The pages, in html format, as well as all the related image files, should be sent no later than April 30th,  2008, as attachments, to this e-mail address. Ideally, if this is possible, publish your pages somewhere on the web and just send us the links to them by e-mail.

It is required that the participants place on the top of each of their pages their name and their country of origin (like on this page).
The copyright will belong to the authors as well as to the PWO, which will permanently display the presentation on its site at
www.pwmo.org.
