PWO MEMBERS PARTICIPATION
IN IPHLA 2012 WEB SITES COMPETITION

Between Nov. 2 and Nov. 4, 2012 the Gutenberg city of Mainz, Germany, hosted the most important International Philatelic Literature Exhibition of the last decades, the IPhLA 2012.
